	Estimations for professional service fees are made considering each particular case. Time is the basis for calculating our fees. Nonetheless, the law firm provides firm price service packages. A budget is made for each case. Standard packages Company formation including the necessary procedures: 900/1050 euros. For ongoing legal advice (annual fee to be paid in monthly instalments): 2.500 euros. Standard package: 3.800 euros per year, which includes: Ongoing audit and tax advice. Year-end closing and calculation, preparation and presentation of corporate income tax and audit deposits. Advice, preparation and presentation of the rest of the company’s tax duties (VAT, Personal Income Tax). Solution to enquiries on corporate, audit and tax matters. Legalising and keeping the books. We also have a minimum service package from 1.200 euros per year, paid in monthly instalments.
